Trainee Field Technician

ST Consult, based in rural offices in Creaton, is part of Southern Testing, an established company providing an extensive range of environmental and geotechnical consultancy services.

We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Field Technician to join our field team, carrying out geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigations and in situ site testing.

This role involves active outdoor working in all weathers, often with early starts.

We are looking for a professional, hard-working and motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team but also at times alone. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided, with pathways towards career progression for the right candidate.  Candidates should ideally have good GCSEs, or higher.

The role entails overtime, including travelling to and from site, which you will be expected to undertake as and when the job requires.

A full UK driving license is essential for this position.
