Southern Testing Staff take on ‘The Color Obstacle Rush’ 2018

A few years back, a number of our secretaries and Engineers took part in ‘The Color Run’ near Brighton Marina to raise money for charity. Inspired by this achievement, they decided to go one step further this year, and take part in the ‘Color Obstacle Rush.’

The Color Obstacle Rush takes place in the rolling chalk hills of the South Downs at Brighton Racecourse. The event combines both the challenges of navigating various inflatable obstacles, while being covered in multi-coloured powder/dye. The course has various different obstacles including an inflatable crocodile shaped mouth, a foam pit, multiple slides and even space hoppers! The girls conquered all of the obstacles, apart from one which hadn’t been inflated! The weather stayed dry for most of the course, although it started to rain towards the end of the day; however, this didn’t dampen spirits or remove the coloured powder!

Cheered on by a couple of our Engineers, the girls took part in the event to help raise money for Southern Testing’s chosen charity, The PSP Association. We have proudly supported this charity for the best part of 18 months now and look forward to a long association with them. Congratulations to the girls for taking part and for all the money they have raised through their efforts.
