On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force, which represents a significant change to privacy laws and will give you more visibility and control over the way in which organisations use your personal data.

Southern Testing are continuing to work through the Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency, including carrying out site work where it is safe to do so.

The Government have given express support to the Construction sector and have issued specific guidance for working on site. The Construction Leadership Council have also issued guidance.

We have revised our travelling and working practices to ensure that our staff are protected, and to meet the particular requirements of the guidance as well as our own risk assessments. The guidance and our working practices are under constant review.

Most site investigation work can be undertaken safely under the current restrictions.
