Challenge Yourself Silly – Our 2017 ‘Red Nose Day Row’

A couple of years ago Southern Testing undertook the mammoth task of cycling from our head office in Sussex to our regional office in Northampton (on a static bike). Besides a few wobbly legs, by the end of the day, we magnificently surpassed our target by going the extra mile!

This year, we have set ourselves a new challenge. We are planning to row across the English Channel (on a rowing machine). The rowing machine, will be set up at our head office and it is planned to tackle the 21 miles over the course of the day, with some much needed assistance from both our laboratory,  site and drilling staff.

In order to keep the rowers morale high and to raise some extra money we are also planning to lay on some baked goods. For those staff who are more willing to eat something sweet than sweat!

All donations from this event will be split between Comic Relief and Southern Testings chosen charity for the year, The PSP Association.
