Cost effective and focused site specific development strategies can therefore be considered from an early stage in the design. This reduces delays particularly with regard to compliance, planning and environmental obligations. By adopting an integrated approach we ensure that both geotechnical and environmental recommendations complement each other to provide the best overall solution for a site.

The pre-purchase site assessment includes a contaminative uses desk study, walkover survey and a brief interpretative report on the salient geotechnical and environmental features of the sit following a limited preliminary intrusive investigation. The site work is usually completed on a rapid turn around with the report dispatched within a few days.
The scope of works can be extended to include the results of limited geotechnical and / or environmental tests. In this case, a preliminary report is usually sent within a few days of site work, and then revised and reissued as an extended report on completion of the laboratory testing.
