Planning Requirements
Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) are increasingly required prior to and as part of a planning process for new developments. The procedure requires the developer to compile an Environmental Statement (ES) describing the likely significant effects of the development on the environment and proposed appropriate mitigation measures.

Our staff are experienced in the production of Environmental Statements covering all aspects of site geology, ground conditions, hydrology, hydrogeology, land quality and contamination. In addition, to the above and our Desk study, Site Investigation, Design, Consultancy and Remediation services, we have a close working relationship with a number of other environmental and ecological specialist consultants and are able to coordinate the production of detailed studies and reports to meet your planning requirements. |
